Cancellation & refunds
When the money comes back.
The principle
What you booked was closed to everyone else, so a late cancellation costs more than an early one. What you did not use is not charged: material goes back on the shelf, and unused machine time was never ours to sell twice.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days. Where a receipt or invoice was issued, a credit note follows it.

Up to 30 days before the booked day, the deposit is returned in full. Between 7 and 30 days, 50% comes back — the date is hard to re-let by then, but not impossible. Inside 7 days the deposit holds the date. After that it holds the date: it is not refunded, but the booking can be moved once to another day, subject to availability. |

If you do not turn up
The machine time is charged, because the machine was closed to everyone else. The material is not, because it goes back on the shelf. Everyone gets one forgiven each year — you do not have to ask; it applies by itself.
If we cancel
If we cannot perform for reasons beyond our control — an official order, a power cut, a machine failure, a natural event — we offer a new date first. If that is not possible, everything paid is returned in full. No further claim arises beyond that.
Consumer withdrawal
Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) § 29(1)(l), a consumer has no fourteen-day right of withdrawal for leisure services tied to a specified date — a room booked for a given day, a dated ticket, a reserved machine slot. The terms above are therefore given voluntarily, and they stand in place of that right.
For services not tied to a date, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies. If you ask us to begin within that period, you pay for the part already performed.
How to cancel
Write to [email protected] with your reference (EQ-XXXXX or the ticket code), or — for a pass or machine time — do it from your own account. You get a human answer, not an automated one.
If something happened and the table above says the money is gone, write anyway. We promise nothing in advance, but most situations have an answer: another date, another name, a different evening.

Az elv
Amit lefoglaltál, azt lezártuk mások elől — ezért a lemondás annál többe kerül, minél későbbre esik. Amit viszont nem használtál el, azt nem számítjuk fel: az anyag visszakerül a polcra, a fel nem használt gépidőt pedig sosem adtuk el kétszer.
- Terem: a foglalt nap előtt 30 nappal bezárólag az előleg teljes egészében visszajár; ezt követően a napot tartja, de a foglalás egyszer áthelyezhető.
- Rendezvényjegy: az eseménynél megjelölt határidőig a teljes ár visszajár; utána a hely díjmentesen másnak átadható.
- Kurzus: az első alkalom után, a megjelölt ideig a teljes díj; később a hátralévő alkalmakkal arányosan.
- Gépidő: 24 órával előtte díjmentesen lemondható; a már felhasznált anyag ára nem téríthető.
- Beküldött munka: az árajánlat elfogadásáig díjmentesen visszavonható; utána az elvégzett munka és a felhasznált anyag díja jár.
- Bérlet, napijegy: bármikor lemondható a fiókból, a folyó időszak végén lép hatályba; időarányos visszatérítés nem jár.
Ha nem jelensz meg
A gépidő díja jár, mert a gép le volt zárva mások elől; az anyagot nem számítjuk fel, mert visszakerül a készletbe. Évente egy alkalmat elengedünk mindenkinek — szólni sem kell érte.
Ha mi mondjuk le
Rajtunk kívül álló ok esetén — hatósági intézkedés, áramkimaradás, gépmeghibásodás, természeti esemény — elsődlegesen új időpontot ajánlunk. Ha az nem lehetséges, a befizetett összeget maradéktalanul visszatérítjük.
Fogyasztói elállás
A 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet 29. § (1) bekezdés l) pontja szerint a határnaphoz kötött szabadidős szolgáltatásnál a fogyasztót nem illeti meg a tizennégy napos elállási jog — ilyen az adott napra lefoglalt terem, a dátumhoz kötött jegy és a lefoglalt gépidő. A fenti feltételeket ezért önként vállaljuk, és azok lépnek az elállási jog helyébe.

Írj az [email protected] címre a hivatkozási számmal (EQ-XXXXX vagy a jegykód), vagy — bérletnél és gépidőnél — intézd a saját fiókodból.
Ha valami közbejött és a fentiek szerint már nem járna vissza a pénz, attól még írj. Nem ígérünk semmit előre, de a legtöbb helyzetre van megoldás.
