i-Tango Tanácsadó Kft. (the "Data Controller") processes personal data on the equora.space website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 (Infotv.).

What data we process

This website does not use tracking cookies — there is therefore no cookie banner. Visitor statistics are measured anonymously, without cookies; no personal data and no IP addresses are recorded, and nothing is forwarded to third parties.

The only actual personal data processing occurs through direct email contact, telephone contact, or via the registration form on this site: the name, contact details and message you provide are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered as email to [email protected] through the data processor named below, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. In the case of a booking or contract, accounting documents are retained for 8 years under Hungarian Act C of 2000 on Accounting; other contact data is retained for a maximum of 5 years.

Data processors

Hosting Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, United States) — delivery of the website's static files; short-term server-log retention. The data transfer takes place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Email Google LLC (Mountain View, United States) — operation of Google Workspace, processing of correspondence sent to [email protected]. The data transfer takes place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Analytics Plausible Analytics OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia, EU) — cookieless, anonymised traffic statistics.

Form & email delivery Mailjet (operated by Sinch Email, Paris, France) — transactional delivery of registration form submissions and the corresponding confirmation emails. All data processing within the European Union, under GDPR.
